Digital Manager
Film festivals are as relevant digitally as they are physically
My mission was to transform CFF's digital representations, which were previously seen as more or less necessary evils and not the essential platforms that will drive CFF forward. Both externally but also internally by applying the tools nescessary to run a complex international and multifacetted organisation.
PARA:DOX
Responsible for the development of a new streaming service focused on the documentary genre. The premise was to make it user-centered, which took precedence over its commercial interests. Which, in my opinion, will have a positive impact on the bottom line. two Unique needs TVOD Universe
Developing a platform for the largest children's film festival in the Nordics, with a strong focus on reaching two very different target groups - schools and families - without alienating either of them. This was achieved by building a system that identified the user and presented the same structure and pages, but in two parallel universes.
CPH:DOX
I was responsible for the digital transformation of CPH:DOX - one of the world's three most important documentary film festivals. Gathering all our digital services in our primary communication channel; cphdox.dk, resulting in a total reconstruction that included: Ticket sales and accompanying data collection. Previously we had to use the cinemas' own systems.Integration of film databases, eliminating manual content generation. Full digital service for our 2000-3000 accredited international guests with integration of the ticketing system. Focus on the user journey by presenting more relevant content and motivating greater engagement.
